Cancellation, Refunds & Returns / Exchange Policy
We accept refunds and returns only if we mistakenly deliver the wrong product(s) or a damaged/defective item(s) without a replacement option. We ensure all items are in good quality before shipping.
Refunds and returns are not valid for reasons like “I changed my mind” or “The color is different.” They do not apply to sales/discounted item(s) or binding delivery time frames, especially for backorder products.
Additionally, our refund or exchange policy excludes sales/discounted item(s).
Moreover, international shipping prices may change without notice, following the shipping companies’ terms. However, we provide safe and stable options for international shipping.
Furthermore, customers must inspect items upon receipt and promptly report defects/issues. Once agreed, customers should ship return item(s) within 24 hours/the next working day.
Moreover, customers must return unused/unwashed/unworn item(s) in the original packaging.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds for international purchases.
Additionally, we subject all returned item(s) to quality control inspection and approval.
Notably, we approve and process refunds only upon receiving the item(s) meeting condition No. “5”.
Upon approval, we will contact the customer to request banking account details for refund processing.
Furthermore, the bank will process the refund within 7 working days.
Importantly, we do not entertain any order cancellation requests.
