Cancellation, Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

At Yeshan Sarees, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. As many of our products are handcrafted and custom-made, we have specific guidelines in place regarding cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Returns or refunds are not valid for reasons such as:

    • “I changed my mind.”

    • “The color looks different in person.”

    • “Delivery was not within my expected timeframe” (including backorder products)

  • Products purchased on sale, discounts, or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless severely defective or damaged).

  • Customers must inspect items upon receipt and report any issues immediately upon delivery. Once a return/exchange is approved, customers must ship the item back within 24 hours/next working day.

  • All returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and sent back in their original packaging with tags intact.

3. Verification & Resolution Process

  • Customers must share clear photographs and videos of the product received to raise a complaint.

  • Our team will verify the issue and provide the following resolutions:

    1. Exchange – If the product is defective or incorrect, we will arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

    2. Replacement from Ready Stock – If the same product cannot be remade, we will provide customers with ready stock alternatives.

    3. Refund – If neither exchange nor replacement is possible from our end, customers must return the product to us, and a full refund will be issued after inspection.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

  • All returned items are subject to quality control inspection and approval before refunds are processed.

  • Please note: Refunds and cancellations are not applicable to international purchases.

5. Shipping & International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered is defective or incorrect.

  • International shipping rates are determined by third-party courier services and may change without prior notice. We always provide safe and stable shipping options.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, unforeseen events, or courier delays. While delays are not our practice, they may occur due to factors beyond our control.

6. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized, stitched, tailored, or altered products made to the customer’s size/measurements.

  • Sale/discounted items, accessories, and final sale items.

  • International orders.

7. Disclaimer for Handcrafted Products

  • Many of our products are handcrafted. Slight irregularities such as minor thread pulls, weaving variations, or subtle color smudges are not considered defects.

  • These natural variations highlight the handwork and authenticity of the craft, adding uniqueness and luxury to every piece.
