Time	Stitched orders take 3 to 5 weeks to reach you, wherever you are. This includes stitching and delivery.

Delivery can occasionally take longer than promised because of unforeseen circumstances, but we never delay dispatch on purpose. Prefer to collect? Self pickup is available by appointment at our Kajang address. Message us on WhatsApp to book.

Stitching services and prices

Designer blouse stitching	Custom stitched blouse in standard sizes or custom fitting, with 20 designs to choose from.	+ RM95
1-minute ready to wear saree	Pre-stitched pleats and hooks for effortless draping.	+ RM85

Prices are added to the saree price when you select the option under “Customize your saree” on the product page.

How it works

1. Choose	Select the stitching option on the product page and add the saree to your cart.
2. Measurements	After you place your order, WhatsApp us on +60 17-600 4981 and we will send you the measurement guide.
3. Time	Allow 3 to 5 weeks for stitched orders to reach you, wherever you are. This applies to ready stock products as well.

Please note: stitched products are made to your measurements, so they are not eligible for return or refund.

Fabric care

Care by fabric and finish

General	Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Accessories shown are for styling only. Dry clean only, or cold dip wash.
Embroidery	Embroidery, patch work and thread work may have slight irregularities or loose threads. Turn the garment inside out before washing to avoid abrasion.
Handloom	Yarns and slubs may give an uneven texture or thread pulls. These are natural characteristics of handwoven fabric and a sign of an authentic piece.
Block and foil prints	Colour, design, overlap and placement may vary slightly because they are hand printed. Strictly dry clean only.
Woven motifs	Designs may have slight variation.

Good to know

Dry cleaning is preferred, since detergent and the dyes of other clothes can affect the fabric.
Wash colours separately.
Do not twist or wring. Tumble dry on a cool setting or dry in the shade to avoid fading.
Use a warm iron on the reverse side.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and replacements

We accept refunds or returns for damaged products only.
If a product arrives damaged, we will send you a new one, or you can choose a replacement from our ready stock collection.
If we cannot replace the same product and you do not choose anything from ready stock, we will refund the amount to your bank account or offer store credit for future purchases.
Stitched and custom made products are not eligible for return or refund.
